Questions
Common
Find the answers to the questions we are most often asked about our specifications, deliveries, insurance and services.
Quote Requests &pricing
How do I get a quote for my transport? +
The request form details the information required. If you contact us directly by e-mail, please provide us with your paid voucher (invoice of the study or gallery) and the desired delivery address. If your lot is in storage in Drouot or at another paid storage facility, we will need its label number and proof that the associated file and storage fees were paid prior to our intervention.
What factors influence the cost of shipping? +
The estimate is determined by the size, weight, value, fragility of the object, as well as shipping cost and recovery distance. Each shipment request is therefore handled individually.
What are the rates for local deliveries? +
Deliveries in Paris and in the suburbs benefit from fixed rates:
- Size S (max 30x30): 42€
- Size M (max 100x60, 100kg): 66€
With some studies by auctioneers, you will benefit from preferential post-sales rates.
My object is neither particularly fragile nor precious. Is this taken into account? +
Yes, the estimate and packaging design are adjusted accordingly. We favour a reasoned and non-standardized approach.
When should I contact Apolovia? +
You can contact us as soon as you purchase your work or collectible, by sending us your invoice paid for the preparation of a quote. You can also contact us at any time for a price estimate, even before the purchase. The final price may be adjusted according to the total value of the lot awarded in the event of an auction.
Command Tracking &Delivery
How do I track my package? +
A tracking link, including the associated number, was sent to you by e-mail. If you have not received it, please contact us on 01.59.06.85.26 or by e-mail atcontact@apolovia.com.
What is the usual delivery time? +
After your transport is settled, the usual delivery time is about 7 working days. This period may vary depending on the complexity of the take-over, the time limits imposed by storage places, recovery formalities, etc.
Problem Management &insurance
What if my order gets damaged or incomplete? +
Our delivery agents systematically take photos at departure and upon arrival. If, despite our precautions, you notice any damage and you have taken insurance, please send us your claim by e-mail, together with photographs taken at the reception. We will contact you soon to consider a full or partial refund if restoration is possible.Further information.
ServicesSpecific
Do you work with all auction houses? +
We collaborate with some auction houses, but are able to take over your lots from any Parisian study or in Île-de-France.
How is a withdrawal going at Drouot Shopping? +
We need your invoice paid and the label number of the store. We inform the team of our passage. You will then receive a payment link to pay the file and storage fees associated with your lot. Payment of these fees is mandatory before we withdraw.
What types of objects do you not take care of? +
We do not ship very large objects, furniture, armchairs, etc. (although we can deliver them to Paris and Île-de-France). We do not support specific items such as weapons, perishables, etc.

Can I get a professional account? +
As a gallerist, auctioneer, antique dealer, etc., opening a professional customer account allows you to manage the shopping for yourself and your customers, with billing at the end of the month. Contact us for more details.
