No sensitive data (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, etc.) are collected by APOLOVIA.

- Administrative or judicial authorities: on legal requisition
APOLOVIA shall ensure that its subcontractors provide sufficient guarantees for the implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures for data protection (Article 28 GDPR).
5. Data transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (including Google Analytics) may be required to process data outside the European Union, particularly in the United States.
Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including:
- Accession of the consignee to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) between the European Union and the United States (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023)
- The signature of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission

6. Data retention period

APOLOVIA shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data, including:
- Secure accommodation in France (Gandi SAS)
- Encryption of communications via HTTPS protocol (SSL/TLS certificate)
- Access to data restricted to authorised persons only
- Robust passwords and regular system updates
- Regular backups
Despite these measures, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. In the event of data breach that could create a high risk for your rights and freedoms, APOLOVIA undertakes to inform you as soon as possible in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the following rights to your personal data:
- Right of access (art. 15 GDPR): obtain confirmation that you have data processed and receive a copy of it
- Right of rectification (art. 16 GDPR): correct inaccurate or incomplete data

- Right to define guidelines on the fate of your data after your death (art. 85 Computer Law and Freedoms)
