DELIVERY
Delivery Paris
and Ile-de-France
Apolovia ensures the delivery of works of art live throughout Paris and in Ile-de-France. You will be offered bike-cargo or truck services.
Our fleet is specially equipped for the transport of art and our couriers trained in handling fragile and valuable objects. We guarantee fast delivery in 24h to 48h in Paris and in Ile-de-France.
Real-time tracking and easy control
You benefit from a real-time GPS tracking of your acquisition, from the start of the gallery, the study of your auctioneer, Drouot, or any other storage place.
Transport capacity
For cargo bike delivery, our boxes offer dimensions of 100 x 60 x 60 cm and can support a maximum weight of 100 kg. They are specially equipped to accommodate works of art.
For parts exceeding this capacity, Apolovia also offers truck delivery solutions.
Insurance and security
Apolovia gives you the possibility to subscribe to an 'Ad Valorem' insurance, adjusted to the value of your property.

At Apolovia, we ship your art objects worldwide. To guarantee their safety, we use secure packaging made by us, from reinforced cardboard to custom wooden case.
Our teams are committed to responding to your quote requests as soon as possible, usually in less than 2 hours. Your quotes are always sent to you with an insurance offer and a hand-delivery of your order.
Once your order is validated, the time to receive your artwork is usually 7 working days. However, this period may vary depending on the complexity of the object's management.
Our teams can assist you in your administrative actions concerning your objects (request for CITES, licences or certificates of cultural property, etc.).
Import duties and taxes remain at the customer's expense at the time of customs entry of the package (Incoterm DAP).

EXPEDITION
The insurance option is also available and recommended for shipments to France and abroad.
It will be automatically proposed to you at the time of completion of the estimate.
Procedure
in case of reservation
If, despite all our precautions, you have to make reservations about the condition of your property at reception and if you have contracted insurance, you can send us your claim by email within 48 hours accompanied by photographs taken during the reception and unpacking of your work.
We will contact you quickly to arrange a full or partial refund, if a restoration is possible.
Customs
Customs administration
For shipments within or outside the European Union, certain items require mandatory documents for customs clearance (customs declaration, cultural property certificate, CITES, etc.).
Apolovia accompanies you in the steps to be taken.
However, the customs clearance on importation, the applicable local taxes, charges or import duties remain at your expense (Incoterm DAP).
