DELIVERY
Delivery Paris
and Ile-de-France
Apolovia ensures the delivery of works of art by bicycle-cargo throughout Paris and its neighbouring communes. If your lot is larger or you want to be delivered to Ile-de-France, a truck service will be offered. Our fleet, made up of 95% cargo bikes and electric trucks, is specially equipped and our couriers are trained to transport valuables. We guarantee fast delivery in 24H-48H in Paris and in Ile-de-France.
Real-time tracking and easy control
You benefit from a real-time GPS tracking of your acquisition, from the start of the gallery, the study of your auctioneer, Drouot, or any other storage place.
Transport capacity
For cargo bike delivery, our boxes offer dimensions of 100 x 60 x 58 cm and can withstand a maximum weight of 100 kg. For parts exceeding this capacity, Apolovia also offers truck delivery solutions in the Paris area and the small crown.
Insurance and security
Each delivery is insured for a maximum market value of 15,000 €. Beyond this amount, Apolovia gives you the opportunity to subscribe to an ad valorem insurance, adjusted to the value of your property.

At Apolovia, we ship your art objects worldwide. To guarantee their safety, we use secure packaging made by us, from reinforced cardboard to custom wooden case.
Our teams are committed to responding to your quote requests as soon as possible, usually in less than 2 hours. Your quotes are always sent to you with an insurance offer and a hand-delivery of your order.
Once your order is validated, the time to receive your artwork is usually 7 working days. However, this period may vary depending on the complexity of the object's management. Our teams can assist you in your administrative actions concerning your objects (request for CITES, licences or certificates of cultural property, etc.). Import duties and taxes are borne by the customer at the time of customs entry of the package (Incoterm DAP).

Procédure
en cas de réserve
Si, malgré toutes nos précautions, vous deviez émettre des réserves sur l'état de votre bien et si vous aviez contracté une assurance, vous pourrez nous adresser votre réclamation par mail, accompagnée de photographies prises lors de la réception. Nous vous recontacterons rapidement pour organiser un remboursement intégral ou partiel, si une restauration est envisageable

Nos équipes sont spécialisées dans le conditionnement d'objets de valeur et d'œuvres d'art : tableaux, sculptures, bijoux, vêtements, bibelots, dessins, vins, montres...

DOUANES
Gestion douanière
Pour les envois à l’intérieur ou en dehors de l'Union Européenne, certains objets nécessitent des documents obligatoires pour le passage en douane (déclaration en douane, certificat de bien culturel, CITES, etc.). Apolovia vous accompagne dans les démarches à effectuer. Toutefois, le dédouanement à l'importation, les taxes, frais ou droits d'importation locaux applicables restent à votre charge (Incoterm DAP).
