03 How are the cargo bikes equipped?
Our bikes are equipped with double padlocks and solid airtight housings with walls covered with thick protective foam. The bikes are traced by GPS: you can track your race in real time from your phone!
04 Can I guarantee my race?
Any race is automatically insured up to 2500 euros of transported market value. You can opt beyond that for an Ad Valorem insurance for your race.
05 What are the measures of Diligo cargo bikes?
The caisson measures 100 x 60 X 58 cm. It can accommodate a maximum weight of 100 kg.
06 Are you packing?
Packaging is an option we offer. You can select or request it when you order or request a quote.
07 What happens if my order gets damaged or incomplete?
Our delivery agents systematically take photos upon departure and arrival of their delivery. If, despite our care, you had to make reservations and have contracted insurance, please send us your claim by email with photographs taken at the recovery. We will return to you quickly for a full or partial refund if a restoration is possible.
08 Can we get a professional account?
